Surveillance
Kelley Alliance provides what we consider the most ethical,
enthusiastic, professional and effective surveillance in the
industry. Prior to conducting surveillance we will run database
checks and telephone records to verify residency so as to
minimize field locate investigative efforts. Our investigators are
provided with the most modern equipment and can obtain
videotape in almost any circumstance, day or night, inside or
out. We devote a significant portion of our training to ethical
considerations so as to only provide useful, legally flawless
evidence. We will attempt to conduct surveillance when results
are most likely and will split our surveillance time if necessary
so as to give you the broadest picture of the subject’s activities
while staying within your budget.
Neighborhood Investigations
We use ethical and highly discreet investigations to provide you
with an outline of the subject’s normal daily activities and will
target our investigation to provide answers to your specific
questions.
Background Investigations
We offer two types of background investigations; full courthouse
on-site investigations and database research investigations. The
courthouse search provides the most current information
concerning property, civil cases, vehicles, voter’s registration,
intangible property and criminal and traffic records, researching
five years prior to assignment. The general database
investigation provides vehicles, property, neighbors, prior
addresses, relatives, state licenses, corporations, traffic
accidents, etc. We can tailor our searches to provide criminal,
driving history, vehicles or civil cases anywhere in the country
where allowed. |
Worker’s Comp Investigations
Kelley Alliance obtains recorded statements from the
claimant, supervisors and witnesses, obtains any and all relevant
information and procures scene photographs as well as
photographs of any involved equipment in an effort to determine
matters of safety equipment, OSHA standards, subrogation and
compensability. Our operatives follow up with all leads and
work closely with your staff to ensure thorough investigation of
any issues which may affect the claim.
Accident Investigations
Kelley Alliance contacts the appropriate police agency,
interviews the officer of record and obtains the photographs,
locates and takes statements from all known witnesses to the
accident. Our investigators also take site photographs provide
diagrams, obtain vehicle photographs as well as court checks to
ascertain the disposition of citations. Pertinent aspects of liability
relative to the matter are reported. We obtain obituaries and
newspaper articles when necessary, and can set up appraisals.
SIU Investigations
We offer full SIU services and work in collaboration with SIU
departments in efforts to explore variety of circumstances
including property loss, CAT claims, Homeowners & PIP. Our
