A Kelley Alliance investigator will inspect and document the property damage. We’ll conduct detailed interviews with the claimant and determine whether the claimant has motive to commit fraud. We’ll also perform witness canvassing and take witness statements to verify that the damage happened at the time reported.

Then we obtain weather reports and confirm that the event responsible for the damage happened in the way the claimant has reported it. We check that the timing of the weather event lines up with the time of the property damage. And we verify that the area where the property damage occurred was within the storm’s radius.
